NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item for a refund within 21 days of receiving it.

All that we ask is that items are in their original condition with tags intact.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the Team to process your return and refund.

Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please Email us at sales@verykelli.co.uk, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name and reason for return.

Simply post it back to us at the below address and we will arrange a refund but please aware - we'll deduct ?3.50 from your refund for the original out going postage

Please be careful when trying on your gorgeous garments. We cannot refund items that are marked with tans, makeup or creams.

All postage costs are non-refundable

Please return your parcel using a recorded postal service and obtain a proof of postage receipt. We cannot issue a refund for missing parcels that have not been sent using recorded delivery you must keep hold of your of proof of postage along with the tracking details until we have confirmed that we have received the item back.

We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage  when returning items to us. We're sorry we can't exchange stock - REFUNDS ONLY.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, deodorant or make-up that may leave a scent or mark.

 

Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.

 

Footwear: Shoes must be tried on indoors and should be returned unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging.

 

Bags and Accessories: Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any delicate goods when examining them.

 

All items must be returned unworn, as sold with all tags intact. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour.

 

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a product is returned with make-up stains, marks, perfume, fake tan, or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with.

 

 

Please ensure you return your unworn goods in a fully resalable condition, with swing tags attached if possible, within 30 days of receipt.

 

All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Forever Unique does not accept responsibility for any damage to which occurs during return shipping.

 

All goods will be inspected on return.

 

It can usually take up to 7 working days for your refund/exchange to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.

 

You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed.

 

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.

 

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
